Pattern'up concept

• If you choose option 1 (product configurator) within our pattern'up concept, you can securely pay via iDEAL.
• If you choose option 2, you will always pay in advance via a payment link that you receive after confirming the order.

• If you selected option 1, it will take 10 to 14 business days
• If you used option 2, it will take 14 to 30 business days. This may take a bit longer depending on the complexity of the order.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund.

Return requirements
The following conditions apply to returning your purchase so we can process it as quickly as possible:

• The return shipment includes original packaging and enclosed return form
• All items are unwashed, undamaged and unworn
• All items are clean and complete
• All items are packed in their original and undamaged packaging
• All original labels and tags are still attached to all items.

Pattern'up (customized wear)

All personalized products cannot be returned because these items are custom-made.
